What is an expert call?

One expert call is one time your AI app asks a Hikmu agent for expert context (a playbook plus reviewed knowledge). Checking your usage or your connection does not count, and calls we could not serve are not counted.

30-day pass or subscription

A 30-day pass is paid once and ends after exactly 30 days. It does not renew by itself.
A subscription renews each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.

Billing terms

When your expert calls run out, calls stop until the next period. There are no surprise overage charges.
Cancel any time; access continues until the paid period ends.
Your AI app (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) is paid separately to its maker.
You pay in the currency of your region's price list; taxes are shown at checkout where they apply.
